Booking. You book by email, and your booking stands once I confirm it. Before the first session, you fill in the questionnaire about your dog, including any incidents with people or dogs.

Requirements. Your dog is vaccinated, wormed and protected against parasites, and you have dog liability insurance. Females in season stay out of group sessions for three weeks. Sick dogs stay at home.

Liability. You remain your dog’s keeper throughout every session and are liable for your dog (Art. 56 of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR)). You take part at your own risk. I am liable only for gross negligence and intent.

In the group. Dogs meet only when I say so. I flag dogs with a history of biting in advance; they wear a muzzle if needed. We work off the lead only where it is allowed and safe; cantonal lead rules and protected areas apply to us too.

Prices and payment. The prices on alprudel.ch apply. Home visits within 20 km of Pfäffikon carry no travel charge; beyond that, I charge CHF 1 per kilometre, there and back. You pay for single sessions in advance by Twint or invoice, and monthly fees in advance on the first of the month.

Cancellations. You can cancel a single session free of charge up to 24 hours beforehand. After that, I charge for the session, unless your dog is ill. Missed group sessions are not refunded. If a thunderstorm or gale is coming, I cancel the evening before and we rearrange the session.

Ending your monthly plan. You cancel your monthly fee by email, effective at the end of the month. While your dog is in season, the fee pauses.

Limits of my work. I am a dog-behaviour consultant, not a vet. If I suspect pain, illness or a behavioural disorder, I refer you to your vet or to a veterinary behaviourist. Bite incidents must be reported; reporting them is the responsibility of the dog’s keeper and the professionals involved.

Photos. I use photos in which you or your dog can be recognised only with your consent.

Data. What you tell me about yourself and your dog stays with me. You can read more in the privacy notice (in German).

Law. Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Pfäffikon SZ, unless the law requires otherwise.
